Support is available weekdays 9AM-5PM EST. Email (support@quikcloth.com) is the quickest ways to reach us! We do our very best to respond to support emails within 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 45 days of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Quikcloth offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Quikcloth or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 45 days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Quikcloth or an authorized retailer.
• The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
• You have your order number from quikcloth.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
