RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from crocodilecloth.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
